Struggling

I do struggle psychologically lately. On the one hand, starting a new job is hard. You have the advantage that you come fresh and with energy, but after digging into the project, the degree of complexity increases more and more. Furthermore, the team has worked together for a while, and you need to do one's best to understand what they are talking about on meetings.

Eventually, if you put in the time and effort, you end up catching the team. However, when starting, you'll feel disoriented and confused daily. If you endure that discomfort, you end up connecting dots, and eventually things become more manageable. It happened on every job I had. However, knowing that it'll be better doesn't aleviate the current pain.
